Also known as bok chop or Chinese white cabbage, pak choi is grown for its stalks, which are used in Asian cooking. It is also delicious raw.
Produces bulbs that have a deep purple or green skin and crisp, white flesh. Great tasting raw or cooked. Excellent in soups, julienne, and roasted. Eat the greens too!
Pop these tiny, lemony-cucumber flavored treats in your mouth fresh, try them in a salad, or eat them pickled.
A Japanese supergreen, mizuna is delicious fresh in salads or lightly cooked. Rich in vitamins A, C, and K and beta carotene.
